PB11 Barber Lounge is a premier, high-volume grooming hub located in Truganina. We are seeking a qualified Hairdresser to join our growing team. This position blends premium hairdressing techniques with modern barbering. If you have a great attitude, excellent customer rapport, and a sharp eye for detail, you will fit right in with our team to deliver top-tier services in a fast-paced commercial setting.

Key responsibilities

Sit down with every client, chat about what they're looking for, and give solid advice on the best style and products for their hair
n
Cut men's hair using scissors, clippers, and razors to deliver classic cuts, sharp skin fades and tapers
n
Handle hot towels, shaves, and beard trims, ensuring everything is shaped up perfectly and kept totally clean and hygienic
n
Mix and apply colors, bleaches, or texturizers whenever a client wants to change up their look or try a new style
n
Wash hair, condition scalps,



and give clients a relaxing head massage before they get into the chair
n
Help clients style their hair, whether that means molding it into place, braiding it, or working with different textures
n
Ensure the chair, tools, and clippers are always spotless and sanitized before the next person sits down
n
Help out at the front desk by booking appointments, welcoming clients as they walk through the door, and handling the till
n

About you
n
n
Must hold a formal Diploma in Hairdressing
n
Relevant, hands-on shop experience in a high-volume hair salon or barbershop environment
n
Strong proficiency in advanced hair design, precise scissor work, and clean clipper techniques
n
Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport with local clients
