We'relooking for Principal, Staff and Senior Software Engineers who thrive in ambiguity, love shipping quickly, and enjoy taking AI concepts from whiteboard to working pilot.You'llpartner directly with ourCore Team,Venturesand the wider CBA Groupto design, build andvalidateAI-powered tools that can scale across our portfolio.

Design, build and deploy AI-powered products and internal tooling from concept through to production.
n
Work across the full stack to rapidly prototype, iterate andvalidateideas with venture teams.

Partner closely with Product, Design, AIspecialistsand venture leaders to solve real customer and business problems.
n
Build scalable, production-ready software using modern engineering practices.
n
Evaluate emerging AI
models,frameworksand
technologies
toidentifypractical
applications.
n
Shape engineering standards and influence technical direction within a fast-moving venture workplace.
n
We'relooking for people who
n
Are experienced full-stack software engineers (Senior, Staff or Principal level).
n
Have a passion for building AI-enabled products,



developertoolsor intelligent workflows.
n
Enjoy moving from idea to working prototype quickly
whilemaintaininghigh
engineering quality.
n
Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and experimenting withnew technologies.
n
Understand the process of delivering products within regulated environments
n
Think commercially and enjoy working directly with customers and venture teams.
n
Love collaborating across disciplines to bring products to life.
n
Bonus points if you have experience with
n
Generative AI and LLM application development.
n
AI orchestration frameworks and agentic systems.
n
Cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
n
Building
APIs,integrationsand
scalable platforms.
n
Rapid
prototyping,experimentationand
product discovery.
