Due to internal staff movements to support career development opportunities, we have an exciting opening for an Employment Consultant.
n
As an Employment Consultant in the Workforce Australia program, you'll play a hands‐on role in guiding participants through every stage of their employment journey. You'll be the bridge between potential and possibility - helping individuals overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and secure meaningful, long term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build trusted relationships, understand individual goals, and provide tailored coaching to help participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
n
Deliver practical support with resumes, applications, and interviews to strengthen confidence and employability.
n
Proactively engage employers, reverse market participants, and identify suitable job opportunities.
n
Manage a caseload effectively, providing consistent, personalized support throughout the employment journey.
n
Maintain accurate records and manage complex administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
n

What You'll Bring
n
A background in employment services, training, or recruitment is desirable, but not essential. We're looking for someone who brings the right mindset and strengths across the following areas:
n
n
Demonstrated capability in case management,



including assessing needs, setting goals, and supporting progress toward employment outcomes.
n
Proven ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders, identify opportunities, and support job placements.
n
Results‐driven and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced, KPI‐focused environment.
n
Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
n
Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working withChildrenCheck.
