Position Summary:
n
You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality vehicle protection products such as bull bars, side rails, and underbody components, using MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding techniques in a production manufacturing environment.
n
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
Weld components including bull bars, wings, rear bars, UVP, and more
n
Perform grinding, first offs, and last offs in line with ARB quality procedures
n
Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
n
Maintain and operate welding equipment safely
n
Meet daily production targets
n
Comply with all occupational health and safety requirements
n
Maintain cleanliness of welding bay and participate in general housekeeping
n
Participate in team meetings and contribute to workplace safety and quality
n
n
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
n
n
At least3 years of relevant, full-time experiencein welding and metal fabrication (or equivalent part-time experience)
n
Proficient inMIG, TIG, and Pulse welding
n
Experience in amanufacturing or industrial
fabricationenvironment
n
Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical instructions
n
Sound knowledge of OH&S; and manual handling requirements
n
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
n
Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hours
n
Trade qualification in welding or metal fabrication (preferred but not essential)
n
