About the Role As a Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.

Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
n




Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
n
Report directly to the Regional Manager
n
Lead stocktake processes and team development
n
Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
n
Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
n
n
What You'll Bring: You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.

n
Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
n
Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
n
Strong communication and team leadership skills
n
Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
n
Solid computer and system skills
n
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
Full-time availability, including weekends
n
Full Australian working rights
n
