Sales Team Leader (Outbound Call Centre)

We're building a new phone sales team at Ackwire Energy and need an experienced Solar Sales Team Leader to run it. You'll own the floor day-to-day, coaching, targets and performance.

What you'll do
n

Lead, coach and motivate a team of outbound sales reps
n
Own daily/weekly performance targets and report on team results
n
Run floor huddles, call coaching and 1:1s
n
Identify and help recruit strong phone-sales talent
n
Work closely with leadership to refine scripts, offers and process as the team grows
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience as a Team Leader / Sales Manager in a call centre or outbound phone sales workplace
n
Solar/energy industry sales experience essential
n
A track record of hitting and exceeding team targets
n
Strong coaching instincts — you build people up, not just numbers
n
Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling environment
n
