The Prospect

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and leading by example. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, cellar door, retail, and event operations while helping to train, mentor, and coordinate team members.

You'll work closely with the management team to uphold outstanding service standards, support daily operations,



and share your passion for premium food, wine, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and engaging manner
n
Supervise, support, and develop junior food and beverage team members
n
Host guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless service delivery
n
Promote and educate guests on Levantine Hill wines and experiences
n
Assist with cellar door operations and wine service
n
Support stock control and inventory management
n
Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
n
Work collaboratively with teams across the estate to ensure an outstanding guest experience
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Current RSA Certificate
n
Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent)
n
3-5 years' experience in food and beverage operations
n
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
A professional, positive, and hands-on approach
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
n
Australian permanent residency or citizenship (full working rights)
n
Flexibility to work across a 7-day hospitality roster
n
