About the Role As a Graduate Insurance Broker / Broking Assistant, you will work closely with experienced brokers and account managers, gaining exposure to all aspects of the insurance lifecycle, including:

Assisting brokers with policy administration, renewals and endorsements

Preparing quotations, documentation and submissions to insurers
n
Liaising with insurers, underwriters and clients
n
Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation

Providing high-quality client service and day-to-day support

About You We're looking for a motivated and organised graduate who is keen to learn and grow within the insurance industry. You will ideally have:

A recent degree inBusiness, Commerce, Finance, Communications or a related field
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Confidence working with systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
n
A genuine interest in building a career in insurance broking
n
n
No prior insurance experience is required — full training will be provided.
