Role and Responsibilities
n
Experience in Parts Interpreting would be highly regarded; however, we also welcome applications from motivated people who are eager to learn, enjoy working with customers, and are ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, responsible for:
n

Identifying and interpreting automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
n
Providing expert advice and assistance to customers regarding parts availability and compatibility.
n




Processing parts orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal departments.
n
Collaborating with workshop staff to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
n
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
n
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
n

Key Experience and Skills
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Interest in Automotive.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Proficiency in computer programs and systems.
n
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
