We're looking for a new casual team member to join our project passionate crew. As a casual, you would need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to both DIY and trade customers
n
Helping customers choose the right products for their projects
n
Building relationships with trade professionals and understanding their needs
n
Keeping the store neat, stocked, and welcoming
n
Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Supporting stock control and store presentation
n
Meeting monthly KPIs and sales targets through exceptional customer engagement
n

What We're Looking For

A fit*, positive, and energetic person who enjoys helping others
n
A genuine interest in DIY, colour, and all things projects
n
Ability to retain and explain technical product information clearly and confidently
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
Must hold a current driver's licence
n
Retail experience in the paint or home improvement industry preferred but not essential
n
Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed
n
