Resource Labour Hire is currently seeking 2 x Trade Assistants / Welder Assistants to join a busy manufacturing plant based in Keysborough. These are ongoing casual roles with robust potential for permanent employment

What's on Offer

$***** per hour casual rate + super
n
Morning shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (some flexibility available)
n
Ongoing work with consistent hours
n
Overtime paid at penalty rates
n
Immediate start once registered and inducted
n
Supportive team environment
n

Potential permanent position after 13 weeks
n
n
Your Role
n
You will be working closely with welders and robotic welding systems to support daily production, including:
n
n
Assisting welders and robotic welding operations
n
Grinding and sanding metal frames
n




Basic welding, frame work, jigs, and general maintenance
n
Loading and unloading materials
n
General labouring and workshop duties
n
n
Please note: This is a hands-on, physically demanding role. It's not glamorous, but it's essential to keeping the plant running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Reliable and hardworking Trade Assistants / Labourers
n
Comfortable using power tools, including grinders
n
Willing to get hands-on with metal work and work in a dirty environment
n
Previous welding or fabrication experience is an advantage, but not essential
n
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
LF Forklift License
n
