We're looking for an inspiring State Field Sales Manager to lead our South Australia & Western Australia Impulse and Pharmacy Field Sales Team. Combining people leadership, customer partnership and commercial ownership, you'll coach and develop a high‐performing team of Territory Managers while driving sales growth across a dynamic customer portfolio.

A day in the Life...

As a hands‐on sales leader, you'll combine strategic thinking with in‐field coaching to drive performance, develop talent and grow key customer partnerships.
n
You'll:
n
n
Lead the Field Sales team to achieve ambitious sales, distribution and execution targets.
n
Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long‐term relationships.
n
Use data and market insights to make informed commercial decisions and drive business performance.
n
Collaborate across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver winning outcomes for customers and consumers.
n

TRAVEL
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role with regular time spent in the field including quarterly travel to Western Australia.
n
What will make you successful:

You're an energising leader with a passion for sales, people development and delivering results.
n
You'll bring:
n

Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of coaching and developing high‐performing teams.
n
Sales experience within FMCG, Grocery, Convenience or a related industry.
n
Strong commercial acumen, with excellent planning, negotiation and customer management skills.
n
Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
n
Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to identify opportunities and drive performance.
n
A growth mindset and a passion for digital adoption, championing the use of technology.
n
Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI experience highly regarded.
n
Flexibility to travel as required and a passion for being in the field with your team.
n
