As Venue General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.
n You'll balance people leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and community engagement to ensure the venue consistently performs at its best.

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
n
Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P&L; responsibility
n
Excellent communication and coaching skills

A proactive, hands-on leadership style
