Looking for a stable, hands-on role close to home? ISS is seeking a reliable Maintenance Officer / Handyman to support day-to-day operations atBlayney. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems, and being the person people rely on, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll help keep the site protected, functional and running smoothly through:
n
General repairs & preventative maintenance across fixtures, fittings, building services and equipment
n
Waste management and internal/external clean-ups
n
Contractor engagement & supervision, ensuring compliance with SWMS, permits and site safety
n
2IC duties including toolbox talks, safety walks, stock takes,



equipment audits and supporting the cleaning team
n
Responding to client requests, logging work orders and maintaining accurate documentation
n
Identifying faults, reporting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
n
Experience in maintenance, grounds maintenance or handyman work
n
Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks and meet short deadlines
n
Strong commitment to safe work practices, hazard identification, JSA/SWMS
n
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
n
Confidence in identifying maintenance needs and sourcing materials
n
Current Class C Driver's Licence
n
