In this role, as Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Outlets Manager to oversee daily service operations, inspire and guide our front of house team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You'll bring a balance of operational excellence, financial acumen, and people leadership, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining while supporting the growth and success of the business.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the service team to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service
n
Oversee restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining operations with a hands‐on approach
n
Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
n
Support financial targets through accurate staffing, stock management, and promotional initiatives
n
Coach, train, and develop team members to grow their skills and confidence
n
Ensure compliance with hygiene,



safety, and service standards at all times
n
Collaborate with the Outlets Manager and Executive Chef to deliver innovative dining concepts and promotions
n

About You
n
n
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage setting
n
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
n
A passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
Organised, detail-oriented, and financially astute with solid administrative skills
n
Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
n
