About the Role
n
As an Occupational Therapist at Chrome Health, you'll deliver meaningful, person-centred care that helps people build confidence, independence, and connection.
n
You'll:
n
n
Complete functional capacity assessments and develop practical intervention plans that support people to live with greater autonomy and confidence.
n
Help individuals build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
n
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide truly wrap-around care.
n
Support people across home, community, supported accommodation, telehealth, and clinic environments - wherever support is most meaningful.
n
Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction. We focus on partnership, not compliance.
n
n
About You
n
You're an Occupational Therapist who believes people are more than their diagnosis.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
n
Solid clinical reasoning, assessment, and documentation skills.
n
Experience supporting children, adolescents,



or adults with psychosocial, neurological, developmental, or physical disabilities (community and disability experience highly valued).
n
A passion for trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.
n
Confidence working independently, managing your time, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
n
A genuine respect for lived experience and a belief that every person deserves to be understood, valued, and supported.
n
