Your role:
n
n
Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter.
n
Process orders, prepare quotes, and provide product solutions.
n
Engage with Customers: Deliver friendly, professional service always.
n
Support branch operations with administration and inventory tasks.
n
Work collaboratively with the wider Victorian team.
n
Efficiently handle orders, pricing, and product details to keep things running smoothly.
n
Work closely with the warehouse and other branches to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
n
Location: Full-time office-based role in Dandenong South. Monday - Friday hours, free on-site parking available.
n

About you:

A People-Person: Friendly, energetic, and excellent at building customer relationships.
n
Trade Counter or Customer Service Experience: Experience in a B2B trade counter role is a bonus, but not essential.
