About the Role
n
Gov Recruit is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect/Platform
Specialists/Developer
to join a Federal Government ICT team responsible for the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of an enterprise ServiceNow platform.
n
Working within an Agile environment, you will provide technical leadership, platform administration, architecture guidance and support the delivery of secure, scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience administering enterprise ServiceNow platforms
n
Experience with the ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP)
n
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
n
Experience with Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Service Bridge, scripting and notifications
n
Experience with ServiceNow modules including SPM, HRSD and WHS
n
Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
n
Knowledge of ICT security and development best practices
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
n
