Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in running an organised warehouse, and looks for ways to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate daily stock movement between the warehouse and retail stores
n
Liaise with store managers and sales staff regarding stock transfers and customer pickups
n
Lead the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient daily operations
n
Ensure warehouse procedures are followed
n
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflow
n
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
n
Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven leadership or team-leading experience
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
High level of attention to detail
n
Competent with Microsoft and Android systems
n
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when required
n
Knowledge of musical instruments is preferred but not essential
n
A manual car licence is preferred but not essential
