This is a varied and hands-on administration position where no two days are the same. Working closely with the General Manager and Director, you will play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring our office runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Create, maintain, and manage confidential records and files.

Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
n
Organise vehicle servicing, repairs, and registration renewals.
n
Coordinate compliance documentation and business requirements.
n
Update and maintain company databases and records.
n
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
n
Manage day-to-day office administration and paperwork.
n
Maintain organised documentation for management team.
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in an administration, office support role.
n
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Experience within the construction or trade industry.
