Position Available
n
We are currently seeking a:
n
Fully Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
n
The successful applicant will have the prospect to secure a full-time position within a professional and supportive environment.
n
Your Role Will Include
n
n
Planning and implementing engaging, intentional learning experiences aligned with the Montessori philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Developing and delivering a high-quality educational program that supports children's individual interests, strengths, and developmental needs
n
Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
n
Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
Observing, documenting,



and assessing children's learning and development
n
Supporting children's transition to school through meaningful learning experiences
n
Maintaining high standards of care, safety, and compliance with the National Quality Framework
n
Collaborating with educators and contributing to continuous improvement within the service
n
Participating in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood)
n
Current Teacher Accreditation
n
Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care or preschool setting
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and regulatory requirements
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Working With Children Check
n
