Settlement Services International (SSI Group) seeks an AI Enablement and Adoption Lead to build SSI's organisation-wide AI capability, literacy and secure use. You will work across teams to develop learning pathways, guidance and communities of practice, embedding responsible AI education.

You will collaborate with staff and executives to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance, establish AI Champions networks and monitor adoption and readiness with governance and risk thinking.
