About The Role
n
We're looking for an experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who is recognised as a subject matter expert and is passionate about education, mentoring and advancing clinical excellence.
n
This newly created role offers the opportunity to influence Behaviour Support practice both within Optimum Health Solutions and across the broader Allied Health industry.

You'll
n
n
Develop online professional development courses for our education platform
n
Deliver face-to-face workshops and training programs
n
Provide individual mentoring and clinical coaching
n
Deliver specialist supervision within your area of expertise
n
Maintain a clinical Behaviour Support caseload (24 billable hours per week)
n
Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to evidence-based practice
n
Support the ongoing growth and capability of Behaviour Support Practitioners
n

Areas of Expertise
n
We're seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners with advanced knowledge in one or more of the following:
n
n
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Neurodiversity
n
Trauma-Informed Practice
n
Paediatrics and Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
n
Mental Health
n
n




About You
n
To Be Successful, You'll Have
n
n
Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
n
Extensive experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
n
Strong clinical reasoning and Behaviour Support expertise
n
Experience mentoring, supervising or educating clinicians
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
n
A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
n
Flexibility to travel between clinics and training locations when required
n
A proven ability to meet clinical and service KPIs
n
