About the Role
This is a part-time role working every Friday and Sunday, from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
You'll help create relaxed, memorable wine experiences for every guest.
You'll host tastings, share the stories behind our wines, and guide customers in finding the perfect bottle to take home.
What You'll Be Doing
Running relaxed, engaging wine tastings
Driving wine sales, Wine Club sign-ups, and customer engagement
Keeping the venue looking beautiful, welcoming, and organised
Jumping in to support events
Handling systems like POS and bookings (Commerce7 experience a bonus)
About You
You genuinely enjoy talking to people and creating outstanding experiences
You have a passion for wine (or are keen to learn!)
You're reliable and committed to working every Friday and Sunday
You hold a current RSA and Drivers Licence
Bonus points if:
You have wine qualifications or strong product knowledge
You love dogs (non-negotiable... our guests will bring them anyway ?)
