The role focuses on secure, compliant, reliable, and customer-focused service delivery, leading Coach Captains and coordinating key operational processes.
You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain rosters, reports, and payroll inputs while driving a culture of safety and high service standards across the Sydney and Melbourne depots.
