About the role
As a Finance Business Partner,you'llsupport the financial and commercial management ofkeyportfoliosacrossBeyond Blue, helping leaders make informed decisions that maximise our impact in the community.
Reporting tothe Senior Finance Business Partner,you'llcontribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting,businessplanningandcommercial analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting skilled looking to move beyond transactional finance and develop strong business partnering skills.You'llprovide insights and recommendations that support decision-making, prepare meaningful financial analysis and reporting, and contribute to projects that improve financial processes,toolsand ways of working.
Aboutyou
You'rean analytical and curious finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insights.
You have experience in accounting,managementaccountingorfinancial analysis, and are looking to grow your career in a collaborative, purpose-driven organisation.

Currently completing, working towards or recently qualified CPA




2+ years' experience in anaccounting,financeorcommercial role
Confident working with financial data,reporting,budgetingandanalysis
Strongcommunicationskillswiththe ability totranslate financial information into practical advice for non-finance stakeholders.
Proactiveproblem-solverwith excellent attention to detail andproficient in MS Excel
Passionate about contributing to an organisation that improves the mental health and wellbeing of people across Australia.
