Job Description
Social Futures is a leading community service organisation dedicated to positive social change through housing and homelessness initiatives in Lismore.
We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Housing and Homelessness team on a part time basis of 35 hours per week.
In this role you will provide client-centred case management, build pathways to stable housing, and collaborate with networks of service providers to support individuals and families in need.
