and lead Manningham Council Capital works program.
This role provides the
opportunity of an exceptional candidate to help shape the delivery of exciting
projects including major roads reconstruction and aquatic facilities.
The role
will suit someone with strong program management experience and high levels of
financial acumen.

improve the Capital delivery and improve levels of collaboration with the

Skills and experience
Have a Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Project Management, Finance or Logistics.
Extensive experience in Capital Works Program Scheduling.
Experience in Project Management and or Contract Administration.




Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Substantial experience in financial reporting to ensure transparency and good governance with the ability to effectively and efficiently produce materials to a deadline.
Experienced in program development and management with ability to set priorities, business case evaluation, and plan and organise multiple tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and initiate responsive actions and solve problems as they arise.
