THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a well-established Victorian commercial builder.
n
This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, established systems and a proven reputation for delivering quality projects across a broad range of sectors.

Depending on your background, you could be working across a project portfolio that includes commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, education, community and multi-residential developments.
n
The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the estimating process and contribute to securing quality projects.

ABOUT YOU
n
We are looking for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator with the following:
n
n
Previous experience estimating for a Victorian commercial builder
n
Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology
n
Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission
n
Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience with CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating software
n
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Estimator and Senior Estimator backgrounds will be considered, with salary and seniority determined by your experience.
