Join our passionate team supporting people with disability to achieve their career goals through the NDIS Employment Supports program. As aCareer Mentor, you'll guide individuals from learning to earning by delivering personalised, strengths-based mentoring that builds confidence, skills, and pathways to employment. This is a casual role based in Greensborough. Travel across the region will be required to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate goal-setting and self-discovery sessions

Co-create visual career plans with customers
n
Deliver tailored learning experiences to build employment skills
n
Connect customers with training, work experience, and job opportunities
n
Provide ongoing mentoring and celebrate progress
n

What You'll Bring
n
n




Cert IV or higher in Employment Services, Disability, Community Services, or related field
n
2–3 years' experience in employment support or mentoring
n
Understanding of inclusive employment and NDIS processes
n
Strong relationship-building and digital planning skills
n
Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, Working with Children Check
n
