Key Responsibilities

Creating and executing original digital design concepts for client digital platforms
n
Preparing mock-ups and visual examples to communicate design ideas
n
Ensuring all digital materials are consistent with client branding and standards
n
Designing and developing user interface layouts and templates for standard and custom websites and forms
n
Defining visual elements including typography, iconography, style sheets, colour and information design
n
Providing design layout, illustrative, aesthetic and photo art direction to meet stakeholder requirements
n
Conceptualising prototypes, wireframes and user experiences based on research and user requirements
n
Developing and documenting standards and guidelines for visual branding and web style guides
n
Collaborating with developers, designers, content specialists and external suppliers to deliver project outcomes
n

Digital Design Excellence – Deliver high-quality, cutting-edge digital design solutions that enhance user experience and aligns with client branding
n
User Experience Improvement – Lead initiatives to optimise user journeys and accessibility across digital platforms
n
Brand Consistency – Maintain and evolve digital brand guidelines and visual identity standards
n




Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
n
Process Innovation – Identify and implement improvements in digital design processes and standards
n

Key Qualifications
n
n
Relevant qualifications or experience in digital design, user interface design, user experience design, visual design or a related discipline
n
n
Desirable Skills, Experience or Qualifications
n
n
Demonstrated experience in digital design, user interface and user experience for web and digital platforms
n
Experience developing and implementing digital branding and style guidelines
n
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders and deliver project outcomes
n
Demonstrated ability in strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
n
Proven ability to work independently, prioritise work demands and respond to urgent requests
n
Proven ability to work effectively within a complex and changing environment, building proactive partnerships with external stakeholders
n
