As a Level 1.5 Support Technician, you'll be responsible for managing incoming support requests, resolving Level 1 and Level 1.5 issues, and providing onsite support when required to our clients throughout the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior engineers, gain exposure to a wide variety of client environments, and build the skills needed for future progression into a Level 2 role.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Answering incoming support calls and responding to service requests.
n
Troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 and Level 1.5 support tickets.
n
Providing support for Microsoft 365 environments.
n
Assisting users with Windows desktop and laptop issues.
n
Managing user accounts, passwords, MFA and access requests.
n
Supporting Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
n
Diagnosing printer, networking and connectivity issues.
n
Deploying and configuring desktops, laptops and peripherals.
n
Performing onsite support visits for installations, troubleshooting and user assistance.
n
Maintaining accurate ticket notes,



documentation and time entries.

About you
n
n
Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Technical Support role.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
n
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
n
High attention to detail and documentation standards.
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
