Mars is seeking an Employer Brand Specialist to shape and tell authentic stories about our people and culture across ANZ.
This 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent focuses on defining an employer value proposition and building engaging campaigns that attract and retain talent.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ, you will partner with People & Culture, Marketing and Communications to elevate our employer brand across social, digital, careers and internal channels.
