Key skills, experience or attributes that we are looking for:
Experience guiding and leading groups or tours (desirable), with the ability to deliver high-quality commentary.
Strong customer service skills in a friendly, approachable manner.
A collaborative team player who can work effectively with drivers, pier supervisors and shipboard teams to deliver high-quality tour experience.
Calm and composed during emergencies, with robust safety awareness and sound incident response skills.
Strong attention to detail, resilience when facing setbacks and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
It is beneficial if you can provide a Certificate in Tour Guiding or acreditation from tour guide association, but not essential.
