Job Description
West Wimmera Health Service in Nhill is seeking a part time Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator (32 hours per fortnight) to design, deliver and evaluate programs that enrich residents' wellbeing, engagement and social connection at Iona Digby Harris Home Nhill.
You will plan activities, conduct lifestyle assessments with nursing staff, mentor the lifestyle team and volunteers, promote participation in social, recreational and physical activities, and keep accurate records.
