Full-time permanent role, position based in any of our SurewayOffice, Belconnen, Phillip, Tuggeranong, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, Wollongong amongothers covering the ACT & Illawarra Shoalhaven regions.

Get out on the road to liaise with local
business,apprenticeship
providers and other stakeholders to source recent
enrolments.Coordinate
the delivery of the micro credentials and short courses includingbooking the venue, the Trainer Assessor and student attendance. Assist withcoordination of work experience through community and industry relationships /networks.

Guide learners through face to face and remote study groups.Manage student engagement and provide support with course material.
n
Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA and othercompliance frameworks.
n
The Role Requires:
n
n
CertificateIV in Training and Assessment - TAE***** or TAE***** (or willing toobtain).
n
Strongcustomer service experience with the capability to build effective
workingrelationships
and developing community/industry networks.
n
Provenability to achieve enrolment and completion KPIs.
n
Soundplanning, coordination and resource management capabilities alongside aflexible approach to manage an increasing workload.
n
Adapttraining to suit the needs of a diverse range of learners, including thosewith disabilities.
