Responsibilities

Lead and manage your designated section to ensure the consistent delivery of premium quality dishes.

Execute menu items with precision, maintaining exceptional presentation and portion control during service.

Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold culinary vision and operational excellence.

Supervise and support junior team members within your section, fostering a culture of growth and communication.
n
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; standards at all times.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
n
A solid understanding of WH&S; regulations and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised workstation.

A passion for excellence, a creative mindset, and a desire to work with high-quality woodfire techniques.

Strong leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
