Job Description
Ampstek in Melbourne is seeking an experienced ITOM Architect to lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, AIOps and CMDB.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across infrastructure, cloud, network and operations to define the ITOM roadmap, establish governance, modeling, IRE rules, and ensure alignment with CSDM and enterprise standards.
