MediRecruit seeks a clinician to conduct comprehensive aged care assessments in East Melbourne, VIC, supporting older Australians with holistic care planning.
This 50% work-from-home role offers versatile, meaningful work within a multidisciplinary team, with minimum four days per week on-site or remote as needed.
You will participate in assessments that cover health, functional capacity, social factors and wellbeing, enabling access to appropriate services and supports.
