They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their cutting-edge and dynamic residential property management team.
n
Work onsite at a brand-new luxury building located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.
n The Assignment:

Work in one of Brisbane's most desired buildings
n
Support Property Management across multiple luxury inner city buildings
n
Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
n
Easy-going body corporates with a great established relationship
n
Incredible opportunity for someone looking to break into Onsite Property Management and learn about development as well as building management

The Successful Candidate:
n
n
Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
n
QLD Certificate of Registration
n
Strong legislation knowledge
n
High level of attention to detail
n
Strong organisational skills
n
