Access Health and Community is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the Medical Services team in Melbourne's inner east.
The role is a 0.6 EFT max-term, working Monday to Friday, based at GP clinics in Richmond and Hawthorn.
You will deliver patient-centred nursing care under supervision and collaborate with GPs and nurses to provide high-quality primary care.
The role involves clinical and administrative duties, care coordination, and participation in accreditation activities.
