Anglicare is seeking a motivated Care Manager at Dorothy Boyt House, Malabar, to lead the clinical team on a 10-month maternity leave cover contract.
You will partner with the Residential Manager to maintain clinical excellence, ensure policies are followed and drive person-centred care for residents.
With solid clinical experience, you will mentor staff, communicate across multidisciplinary teams and engage families in care discussions, while upholding Anglicare's values and accreditation
