About the Role

Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children
n
Lead your room with confidence, creativity, and care
n
Support and mentor educators within your team
n
Implement engaging learning environments and experiences
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
Minimum 1-2 years of early childhood education experience required
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
Ability to create nurturing, engaging environments
n
Working with Children Check must be obtained before commencement
n
n
n
Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care (minimum requirement)
