About the RoleThis is a broad Level 2-3 application support role focused on diagnosing, resolving, and improving software and application issues across a modern tech stack. You'll work across SQL, C#, APIs, and integrated business applications - providing deep functional and technical support rather than standard desktop troubleshooting.

You'll triage incidents, analyse logs, support integrations, and work closely with developers to resolve complex issues,



similar to roles that combine first/second-level support with application troubleshooting and continuous service improvement.

Expect variety: supporting core applications, investigating data issues, assisting with upgrades, and contributing to documentation and process enhancements.
n
About YouYou bring solid experience in software or application support, ideally at Level 2-3. You'll confident working with SQL queries, C#, API integrations, and business applications such as ERP or NAV. You enjoy digging into root-cause analysis, solving problems efficiently, and communicating clearly with users and internal teams - traits consistently highlighted in service desk roles requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working across a broad technical landscape.
n
Experience in software support, application troubleshooting, or digital product environments will be highly regarded.
