Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Full Time Branch Manager to join and lead our Tweed Heads operations for growth. This is a hands‐on role for someone who is passionate about sales performance, customer service excellence, leadership and achieving outstanding results in a fast‐paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch revenue and business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored vehicle rental solutions, leading and coaching team members, and maximising every sales opportunity.
n
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. We're looking for a personwho will help create a culture of performance, accountability, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
n
Achieve sales performance excellence at a Branch and Individual level (this is a hands on customer sales and service role)
n
Consistently achieve and exceed Branch and individual sales and conversion targets
n
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‐sell products and services and coaching of team
n
Lead and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
n




Lead and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental journey
n
Lead and proactively follow up leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities
n
Promote Evolve Rentals' products and services to maximise business growth
n
Lead and handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes
n
Lead and complete daily administrative and reconciliation tasks as required
n
Maintain a professional, customer‐focused branch environment
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch performance goals
n
Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
n
