Salary range: $100,000 – $160,000 + super (commensurate with experience)

About the position:
n
Our client is seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to join their high-performing team in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to work on sophisticated, large-scale property and development matters that shape Australia's commercial and residential landscape. You'll work closely with a team of respected senior lawyers and partners, advising a diverse client base of developers,



investors, financiers, and institutions.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, and strategic structuring
n
Drafting and negotiating development and construction agreements
n
Managing leasing transactions across commercial, industrial and retail sectors
n
Supporting complex property finance and joint venture arrangements
n
Identifying planning and environmental issues in large-scale projects
n
n
Key Requirements:
n
n
Minimum 3+ years PAE in property, development or construction law
n
Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
n
Proven experience in complex transactions and development work
n
Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters end-to-end
n
Commercial acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset
