An exciting chance is available for a Process Validation Specialist to join their Rutherford manufacturing facility on an initial 4-month contract. Working within the Validation team, you will support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
n
This is a documentation-focused role suited to candidates with experience authoring validation protocols and reports, analysing validation data, reviewing batch documentation and collaborating with Quality and Production teams within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Duties
n
Author and review process validation protocols and reports
n
Support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities
n
Analyse validation data and prepare technical reports
n
Review batch and manufacturing documentation
n
Ensure validation protocols are executed in accordance with requirements
n
Coordinate sample collection and validation activities
n
Liaise with Production teams regarding validation planning and execution
n
Liaise with Quality teams to support GMP compliance and document approval
n
Support new product introduction activities
n
Assist with validation-related deviations, investigations and CAPAs
n
Support process improvement initiatives and manufacturing operations as required
n
Skills & Experience
n
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
n
3+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or cosmetics manufacturing environments
n
Direct validation experience within a regulated GMP environment
n
Experience authoring validation protocols and validation reports
n
Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
n
Experience reviewing batch documentation and manufacturing records
n
Understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and GMP requirements
n
Experience with Minitab, SAP, ETS, Viva document control systems - highly regarded
n
Experience with synthetic chemical manufacturing processes - highly regarded
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
