We are looking for an experienced and reliable handyman capable of completing a wide variety of residential property maintenance and repair work. This role would suit an experienced all-rounder who takes pride in their workmanship, can problem-solve on site and is comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities

Hanging, adjusting and repairing doors
n
Installing door hardware, handles and locks
n
Sealing and re-sealing showers and wet areas
n
Painting and touch-up work
n
Patching walls and minor plaster repairs
n
Decking repairs and replacement
n
Fencing and gate repairs
n
Minor carpentry work
n
Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
n




Installing shelves, rails, fixtures and fittings
n
n
About you
n
n
Has solid handyman, building or property maintenance experience
n
Is competent across a range of different trades
n
Produces neat, skilled-quality work
n
Can assess a job and work out the best way to repair it
n
Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
n
Communicates well with customers
n
Can work unsupervised
n
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
