The Role
n
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be a key member of the site leadership team and provide the financial reporting, commercial insights and advice that support key business and operational decisions. You'll manage a small accounting team while working closely with external auditors and leaders across the site.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Developing business plans, forecasts and financial performance measures
n
Analysing manufacturing processes to identify the best financial outcomes
n
Reviewing and negotiating key contracts to minimise costs across the business
n
Completing month-end closing procedures and daily,



weekly and monthly reporting
n
Managing, supervising and developing the Finance & Accounting team
n
Liaising with external auditors on quarterly, interim and annual audits
n
Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements
n

About You
n
n
Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Management or equivalent experience (essential)
n
CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards one (essential)
n
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
n
High level of competency in Excel, word processing and database management
n
Strong commercial acumen and a data-informed approach to decision‐making
n
Experience within an agribusiness or manufacturing environment is highly regarded but not essential
n
