Social Futures is seeking a Program Worker to join the Program Support Service in the Northern Rivers region, based in Lismore or Ballina with travel throughout the area on a part time basis.

You will provide trauma-informed case management, support homeowners with complex needs to navigate the Resilient Homes Program, and collaborate across community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for people at a vulnerable time.
